Outing to Blue Bayou

Join us for a trip to Blue Bayou on Wednesday, July 28th. Meet at St. Edward at 8:15am. The bus will depart St. Edward parking lot at 8:30am. Please bring $30 and a coke can to the Parish Office no later than Monday, July 26th. This will cover the cost of admission. A permission slip must be signed by your parent and returned with the admission money.

Please bring money for food and drinks. You should also bring sun screen, towels, flip-flops.

August Social
On August 8th, we will have our monthly CYO social at Green Acres Country Club at 5:30 PM. We'll be celebrating Deacon Intern Raymond's ordination to the Diaconate. Please meet us there!

Fundraisers
All the money we are raising will help pay for a fun trip at the end of the year. If you have any suggestions on where we should go, let Fr. John and Ms. Kathy know. So come on out and volunteer your time to help raise some funds.

What is the Youth Group?
All High School Teens of our Parish (8th - 12th Grade) are invited to join the Youth Group. Our focus is on spiritual enrichment as well as having fun with friends. We are planning on having 2 or more social nights each month following the 4:30pm Mass on Sundays beginning in June.

How do I get involved?
If you are in 8th through 12th grade, we would love for you to be a part of our group. Come to any of our activities! For more information, email Kathy, the Youth Director.
